Confidential signup

Undocumented people and others in a vulnerable situation can sign up via /registreren/beperkt, or via the option on /registreren. Only a name or alias, the support request, and consent are required. Email and phone are optional. We do not ask for a citizen service number or residence status. These profiles are not on the member list.

We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

• First and last name (or alias for limited registration)
• Address details (optional)
• Phone number (optional)
• Email address (optional for limited registration)
• Data about your activities on our website
• Internet browser and device type

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors under 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, contact info@baako.nl and we will delete the information. info@baako.nl

Purposes

• Sending our newsletter and/or updates
• Calling or emailing you when needed to deliver our services
• Understanding website use (where applicable, such as Google Analytics, retention 2 years)

Retention

We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data are collected.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data to third parties and only share it when needed to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement.

Access, correction or deletion

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, object, and request data portability. Send your request to info@baako.nl.
